One of the great classical effects in magic. Historically featured by the past great magiciuans and illusionists like Chung Ling Soo, Blackstone, Okito amongst others.
The original effect was done with rice bowls and a transparent fake. This model dispenses with the fake and instead, is self-contained.
The magicain shows two empty aluminium bowls and fills one with rice. He then covers it with the other bowl and after the magic passes, seprates the bowls and the rice has doubled in quantity.
He covers the bowls again, makes his passes and when the bowls are separated, the rice has vanished and the bowls are now overflowing with water instead!
