Description
After shuffling the deck, the magician turns over the top card, shows it then leaves it on the table face-down. Another card is turned face-up, shown and left on the table face-down a little distance away from the first card. The spectator is requested to place his hands on both cards to prevent any manipulation.
The magician explains that he will make one card travel to join the other card so the spectator has to make sure the cards are well guarded.
After a couple of attempts, the spectator says the cards are still under both hands and it seems the magician has failed.
On checking the cards however, one card has become blank and its pips have joined the second card!
