We guaranty all our products and will susbstitute them if they do not work. You have to send back the defective item (with all their components) within three weeks on receipt. Please note that we always check all items before shipping them.
We are not responsible for items damaged during shipment.
Order and Shipping Information
We ship worldwide. Please note that in the final step of your checking out when you place an order, the shipping charges will not be included as shipping charges vary from country to country depending on parcel size and weight, so we cannot quote the actual charges until after we have received your order. When you place your order, you will not be charged and will not be able to pay for it until you hear from us.
When we recieve your order we WILL ALWAYS contact you through your email within 48 hours to advise you on the total cost of your order including shipping expenses and the mode of payment.

Mode of Payment
For all orders outside of Italy, we can only accept Paypal or Bank Transfers. We will send you the details for payment after you have re-confirmed your order.
Mode of Shipment
All orders will be sent by Italian postal services, UPS or Fedex through Mailbox Services. Depending on your country, unless you are in the EU, it will normally take between 2 – 4 weeks for you to receive your parcel.
