The Bongo Giant Hat is really funny! Start to place a magic hat on a child's head but it (the hat, not the head) is too small! So turn it inside out and it becomes bigger! Still the hat is too small! Turn it inside out again and it gets bigger again, and this is repeated a few times! Each time the hat gets bigger, it changes colour too! Finally, the hat is so big, it fits over the child's head right to his shoulders!
