The magician has two volunteers up to help him. They test out a cloth band and a cloth hood to confirm that both are completely opaque and cannot be seen through. The band and hood are then placed over the magician's eyes and head. Obviously, there is no way the magician can see anything at all.
The wonder worker now proceeds to perform various tests of extra sensory perception. He guesses correctly various selected colours, written numbers and words, duplicates designs and drawings, plays chess, draughts or darts with the spectators, throws and catches a ball with the kids, etc. etc.
If he is outdoors, he can even drive a car, ride a motorcycle or a bicycle and play a game of archery or a game of darts. In the end, the hood is removed, the spectators confirm that his eyes are still banded, and the extraordinary demonstration has come to an end!
The secret is in two parts. You receive a black cloth band and a special black cloth hood. You have full straight ahead vision. |
