We guarantee all our products and we will
replace any non-working item due to defective construction.
However, we are not responsible for items damaged in the post as that is
beyond our control. You can be assured that every order is packed with
the utmost attention.
Ordering
Place your order with
complete confidence. We treat every order with the same amount of
attention and precision.
You can order by telephone, letter, fax or e-mail.
Please write or state clearly the correct names of the articles and
their prices.
Always be sure to give us clearly your name, address, fax number or
e-mail address as a lot of correspondence is lost or held up due to
incorrect or illegible names, addresses and numbers.
For your convenience, you can use the order form supplied. Just fill it
up and e-mail it back to us or print it out, fill it in and fax or send
it by post to us.
Note: You will always receive an e-mail acknowledgement from
us on all your e-mail orders within 48 hours and another e-mail
confirmation when your order has been sent. At times, due to
technical or other problems of illegibility orinaccessibility, if you
do not hear from us within 72 hours please e-mail us again. Give us your
correct e-mail address and phone number otherwise we cannot reply to you.
Postage
and Packing
As a general guide, postage will vary from € 7.00 to € 30.00
depending on the size and weight of the parcel and the country you
are ordering from.
We will not inform you of variations in postage unless it exceeds 20% of
your order, in which case we will first inform you by fax or e-mail to
confirm the order.
If you wish, we can also inform you of the exact postage after we know
exactly what items you want to order.
Prices
and Currency rates
Our
prices are all marked in euro (€) and payments must be made out
in euro. Due to the various exchange rates and expenses involved,
we are sorry we cannot accept other currencies.

Method
of Payment
(1) We recommend credit cards as the quickest and most convenient way to
pay. At the moment, we can accept only VISA and MasterCard.
We need your
credit card number and the date of expiry. You can phone, fax or
e-mail us the details. For extra security, you can send us two e-mails
with half the numbers in each mail. We do not keep our clients' details
in the computer but in separate discs. We will charge your card with the
total order plus the exact postage and your parcel will be despatched
immeditaely.
(2) If, however, you want to pay by international bank draft or international money order, please contact us first and we will
let you
know how much to add for postage and postal or bank charges.
Please note that bank drafts and orders may take as long as two weeks to
reach us.
Paypal
We can also accept payments through PayPal. This method
is just as fast as with credit cards. Click on
the following logo which will take you straight to the Paypal site
from where you can follow the instructions on how to send your
payment. However, we suggest that you first check with us on the
availability of your items and the exact amount to pay before you login
to the Paypal site.
