Appearing Bird Cage(Tora)
Here are some ideas for its use 1) Produce a quantity of silks and place them on the tbale or drape them over a chair. At the end of the production, pick up the silks at the same time stealing the cage from its hiding place and then produce the cage from amongst the silks. This is always a very impressive production! 2) Produce the cage from a large Square Circle or from some other production apparatus. 3) The cage can be hung behind your assistant's back then stolen with appropriate misdirection and subsequently produced. If you do not work with animals you can substitute the items and transform perhaps a sponge item into a bird cage. Another idea could be to show the cage, open it and make a production of some silks. Then close the cage, make some magic passes, open the lid and produce the bird cage complete with a toy bird inside.

This is a very startling effect and the dove can be made to appear visibly in the cage. An alternative way is to place a sausage balloon in the cage. The balloon can suddenly burst and the dove appears!

The magician holds a black cup in one hand and, with the other hand, produces brilliant lights at his fingertips! As each light is produced, it is dropped into the cup. At the end of the production, the magi makes a magic pass and the cup suddenly lights up with brilliant dots of lights! Combine this fantastic effect with other light-up effects like the "Luminous Foulard" or the "Bag to Luminous Foulard". Combining these effects, you can for instance produce lights at your fingertips and drop them into a cup. At the end the cup lights up. Remove the die from the box and insert it into the tube whereupon it vanishes instantly without a trace! To finish, open the box and remove the die from it! The apparatus consists of the wooden tube, the die and a beautifuuly finished gimmick. The whole apparatus is beautifully made and finished in the usual Tora style.

Insert the drawing back into the frame. Now wipe it over with a blue silk then pull the picture out again. The clown is now coloured blue! Push the drawing back in, pass a red silk over it and pull it out again. The clown is now red!
Replace the drawing and pass a green silk over it. Pull it out again - the
clown is now green! Finally, replace the drawing then pass all the foulr
colured silks over it. Pull it out for the last time and the clown is now
multi coloured, made up of the colours of the four silks!
This is a very colourful trick for the younger audience and for the
ladies. The drawing changes colour four times and at the end, you can
remove the drawing completely from the frame and everything shown freely.

The magician shows a cage with a dove sitting inside. He removes the
dove and makes it vanish. Holding the now empty cage between his hands,
he says the magic words and suddenly, the dove is back in the cage!
The magician shows an elegant oearl necklace hanging on a necklace
display stand. The necklace is removed and placed in a bag and the
stand is copvered with a silk. After the usual magical gestures, the
necklace vanishes from the bag and when the silk is removed, it is back
on the stand! 
Here is an extraordinary effect to combine with the production of lights
(D'Lites) at the fingertips!
Show a wooden box, open it and take out a large die. The box is otherwise
empty. Replace the die in the box. Next show a rectagular wooden tube
completely empty. 
Show a picture frame with the picture of a clown in black and white. Pull
the picture part way out and show that it is just a drawing in black and
white. 
The magician walks on
stage wearing black gloves. He draws attention to two frames sitting on
his table. There is one circular frame with five watches hanging on it.
Another opened octagonal shaped frame is seen to be completely empty. He
then transfers all the watches from the circular frame to the other
frame and closes the latter.
The magician gestures at the circular frame then he reaches up into the
air and produces a watch at his fingertips. This is hung back on the
